Responsibilities

Project Management: Develop and maintain construction schedules, identify critical path items, and ensure on-time project completion

Subcontractor Coordination: Manage subcontractor schedules and work quality across multiple simultaneous projects

Client Relations: Serve as primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and maintaining satisfaction throughout project lifecycle

Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to monitor job completion and document weekly progress

Schedule Management: Create and update weekly job schedules, coordinate with all project stakeholders

Documentation: Maintain detailed project correspondence and administrative organization

Safety Compliance: Ensure OSHA compliance and monitor job sites for safety requirements

Required Qualifications

Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record for regular site visits and project travel

Construction Industry Knowledge: Experience or strong interest in understanding different trades and subcontractor scopes

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage schedules and identify project priorities

Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of cost estimating principles, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and willingness to learn construction software

Work Environment
